update of English (US) language files to match current German files #80

These commits update existing English language files and add the ones that were still missing after texts from scripts were moved to German language files only (e.g. in commit d9ba9330c4787a4bfb02faeb93ea991096626657).

A few minor mistakes in the German files are fixed, too.

Contributes to issue #53 ("Full English Translation").
