In Mac, ld.mcld is not installed well #131

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ./configure and make install in general

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

ld.mcld is not installed in the target directory.
I) if the target directory already has ld.mcld, then ld.mcld is not overridden.
2) if ${prefix}/lib/libmcld.a is already there, then ld.mcld is not installed.
