Underscore can be entered by pressing Shift+Backspace, which is okay but
the awesome way to enter underscore is by pressing Shift+-

Reverse single quote can't be entered.

Tilde character can't be entered.

Reverse quote: shift+2 in "rus" mode;
Underscore is now on -_ key too;
~ is on ~
