First draft for documentation #2

Today's version only has a README.md file, which should be focused on how to use this repository and run locally.

Full documentation could introduce some larger concepts.

This tasks is about setting a one page documentation somewhere (readthedocs.io, githug pages ?) to enhance in the future.
