[BUG] Volume Set To Default Every Time You Launch A Foundry World

Describe the bug

When you launch your Foundry world after it's been shut down, and start playing Syrinscape music through the Foundry music player, the music will play at the default volume even though the volume slider for Syrinscape isn't set to the default position. You notice this if you move the volume slider one step down and then one step back up, as the volume does not return back to where it started.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch your Foundry world
2. Navigate to the music tab
3. Start playing a Syrinscape playlist
4. Notice that the volume the playlist plays at is the default volume and not the volume shown in the Syrinscape volume slider

Expected behavior

When you launch your Foundry world, the Syrinscape saved volume position on the volume slider should dictate the volume the music from Syrinscape playlists starts playing at.

I recently updated to Foundry v11.309 and this issue disappeared so looks like it's a v10 issue only.

Looks like this bug is now happening with the latest module version in Foundry v11.315
