Front Door is a decentralised recruitment referral protocol using Web3 tools and technology to solve a Web2 human coordination problem with a huge size of prize.
After a referral has been triggered by a referrer, an email is sent to candidate with a link back to the webapp. This link must position the candidate on the page where he/she can confirm that referral. In this page there should be a button to trigger the smart contract method to confirm this referral.
