Add post build hook #143

After trying to create sitemap.xml for my site. I think navi-scripts build should have some build cycle hook to do things without tears.

I use this hook to create sitemap for my site

This looks like a really useful idea -- thanks for submitting it!

I think navi-scripts is going to get a pretty major update in the next version, which will be based on create-universal-react-app. Let's keep this open until that happens, and possibly merge it once the scripts have stabilized a bit.
