Changes proposed in this PR:

Switched component type for NotFoundBoundary from SFC into FC to match React 18 types
Added missing children properties types as React 18 requires direct declaration

In React 18 SFC does not exist.

Looks good to me - thanks for putting together a React 18 fix.

I've just deployed this as 0.15.0.
