Fix navigation bug

Describe the bug When you are visiting an activity category and then click on the language switcher, it takes you to all kinds of different pages depending on which category you depart from.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '/nl/activiteiten/categorie/meetup/'
2. Click on 'EN' in the header languageswitcher
3. You will end up here /en/organisation/vrijwilliger-worden/workshops/

Expected behavior When visiting a page and switching languages, I expect to see either their counterparts in the correct language or a 404 if the page does not exist in that language.
