Why add a sitemap
It also doubles as a sanity check: we can use the sitemap to figure out if a specific page exists.
I don't (yet) know why not all collection pages show up, but oh well.
Please merge #330 first! I could not work on this unless that was fixed, hence the inclusion of those commits.
