[Bug]: url of TOC in sidebar missed page information #21

What happened?

image For the TOC/outline headings, the url is www.site.com/#heading-1, but should be www.site.com/This-Page/#heading-1

What OS are you using?

Windows

What remote cloud services are you using?

others

Version of the plugin

0.7.31

Version of Obsidian

1.6.7

Using password or not

Ensure no sensitive information

Sometimes, the link works correct, jumped to page#heading. But most of the time, it jump to index page.
