Legion Coda Integration Improvments #219

Problem

  1. in the commit #218 the Legion Coda Integration was added. currently everyone singed up is saved into the Participants Field. Astro wants them in the Attending Field
  2. It would be grate if the Events are pushed to the Legion coda before They end

Suggested solution

  1. Just switch the Field
  2. add a event into needed Function of the apps/backend/src/services/events.ts and update the coda accordingly
