Added support for Paper-1.17.1 and turn repo into maven project #13

First of all, made this plugin able to run under 1.17 server by remapping ActivityUtils. Also turn the repo into a maven project.

Sorry I didn't notice there's a PR for 1.17 compatibility already. I'll close this PR.

Thanks for the PR. I mentioned in the other PR that I'm no longer interested in continuing this plugin, so if you wanted to maintain it into the future with your fork please feel free to create another resource page on Spigot
