Configurable message #31

Some of my players have been reaching the breeding limits, and they constantly asked me why. I decided to change the message to clarify a little better, however, the message is hard coded!

Specifically the message that says "Breeding has been disabled for this animal."

Would be nice to have it configurable, for translation purposes, or clarification purposes. Thanks in advance!
