Instead of silently not working, something should be said when trying to set the view distance lower than the simulation distance. #35

Perhaps it should lower the simulation distance to match the new view distance with a --force command parameter or something. With a prompt to use the parameter if the user tries to set it to a value that won't work without first setting the simulation distance lower.
