Add anomos protocol

Hello,
I think it's increasingly necessary to add this feature, because of countries 
laws (France, Denmark, Japan, Corea...); you can get more info here: 
http://anomos.info/
Utorrent is receveing a lot of requests, also: 
http://utorrentideas.uservoice.com/forums/47263-torrent-for-windows/suggestions/
715120-add-anomos-protocol-in-utorrent?ref=title

It would be good, at least, to use this protocol with clients that can use it, 
else download the file as always.

What do you think about?

On their front page they say the protocol is still under heavy development. It 
seems like they actually just documented the protocol as well, which is a 
significant step forward in having other clients implement it.

It would still be a very significant undertaking to implement this.
