UPnP ports not removed from router on exit #572

libtorrent 0.16.13+svn9537 with qbittorrent 3.1.5 on Windows (unknown version).

User reports that the upnp ports aren't removed from router on exit. I confirm
that qbt calls the appropriate code on exit. Probably a quirky router.

Here is the actual report:
https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/1340

I'll redirect the user here.

The best diagnostics would be a wireshark log of the UPnP startup and shutdown
traffic.

I also have this problem with the Deluge bit-torrent client (which uses
libtorrent) with a TP-Link router. Whereas there is no such problem with the
Transmission client. In the hope it might be of some help, I have provided a
link (I get a "Issue attachment storage quota exceeded" even though I've never
uploaded an attachment here!) to a Wireshark capture of Deluge being started
and closed - http://ubuntuone.com/3XnUG80ydcCWpYqUqwUR12
