[BUG] focus lost when switching out the Maximize mode

Describe the bug Focus follows mouse! (Sloppy focus)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Unmaximize a window
2. See the focus on the window where the mouse was/is

Expected behavior Mouse moved to the position where the current window is

Additional context Focus follows mouse (Sloppy focus)

• another scenario: when minimizing a window, another window gets focus. But NOT the one that mouse is over.
