Rewrite with Click

Implement the command line argument handling and configuration with click.

Why?

• ease testing complexity (click.testing.CliRunner)
• remove cruft and standardize on click arg-parsing library, familiar to many devs
• simplify adding sub-command options (see click docs)
• currently v0.5.0 $ legit sync --help does not provide any help, thinks “--help” is the branch name
• new SCMRepo class simplifies sub-command argument references and shares common methods
• improves display compatibility with various OSes by virtue of using click.echo() functions

Possible issues:

• git_transparency is not possible without considerable work, tough to implement with click
• custom help output (i.e. v0.5.0 two-line output for each sub-command) will require additional work.
