meta for printthread #25

not everyone disallows printthread.php, and since it's duplicate content, canonical should cover it. Especially in MyBB 1.6 where printthread.php is paginated.

printthread doesn't contain headerinclude, so we'd have to use printthread_end hook and str_replace in the printthread template directly.
