Clear the cache button should say how large the cache is #80

Would be a nice feature

I'm not confident that this is possible, but it would also be very useful to the user to know that the cache is full (or will soon be full). Perhaps Dexie offers an api of some sort that allows us to easily add something like this with cross browser support.
