Dual monitor not working. #2

Hi, i have elitedesk 800 g2 dual display port and i tried to use 2 monitors but only 1 works, the another one monitor is in black. I tried to fix with Hackintool but was unsucessfull. :( Can you help me, Please?.

Hi and sorry for a very overdue reply.

I dont have this machine anymore so i cant build or test on it. When i had it i actually never used dual monitor with it.

It can be a mess getting this working -if at all. Framebuffer patching, with tools like IOreg, Hackintool. How likely is this related to the sleep issues? It never turns on the screen after a sleep...
