Integration of Traefik in Kubernetes #10

This is a first version for the integration of an Ingress Controller in Kubernetes by using Traefik (https://github.com/traefik/traefik).

The goal is to avoid using the port_forwarding scripts, instead use automatic configuration for routing.

New endpoints were created so far:

http://tagenal:8080 admin dashboard
http://tagenal/vtctld Vitess Vtctld Dashboard Web UI
http://tagenal/vttablet/metrics MySQLd Metrics from Vitess
http://prometheus.tagenal Prometheus Web UI
http://grafana.tagenal Grafana Web UI
http://alertmanager.tagenal AlterManager Web UI

In addition, multiple TCP ingress route have been set up, easing the development and deployment:

tcp://tagenal:3000 MySQL (Vtgate)
tcp://tagenal:8000 GRPC (Vtctld client)
