Implementation of a very basic version of Tagenal frontend with trivial features.
For now, this frontend allows:
visualization of the users that are stored either in Beijing or Hong Kong
see all the articles from a certain category
see all the articles either stored in Beijing or Hong Kong
More features could be implemented such as: use gRPC to reach the APIs, filters on queries, rendering of articles' texts and images, improvement of the overall UI, and so on. However, a very basic version of the frontend is good enough for now.
