fix typo #106

I've fixed typo of condition for private match. This typo was mixed from 06c9a6a877c27c9a65d0f8980b97736467dca6ba.

LMAO oops... thank you!! I appreciate the catch.

I'll be pushing another update to s3s v0.3.2 this weekend, or within the next week before the new season begins + Ver.3.0.0 of the game drops – this is a small fix and won't affect that many users, so I'll hold off on bumping the version until then.
