Bump nsoapp_version to match app, and increment app version number to prompt for update #133

Thanks! I'll get around to updating the headers shortly, but also want to include features mentioned in #129 in the next version of the app. I can take care of that on my end soon, but as I want to include both of these changes, I'll hold off on merging this into master for now.

As of e7760c4 / v1.7.0, the NSO app version doesn't need to be hard-coded in. :)
