buffs stick on screen forever under classic era 1.14.4 #259

With just TipTac enabled - I can hover over a member in my party and their buffs will just stick on screen forever until I either hover over another member (in which case their buff icons will now stick) or reload. This is on Classic Era (1.14.4).

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this. Asked for screenshots or error logs.
