Tooltip scaling is affecting dropdown menus

Describe the bug

Scaling tooltips via Tiptac is also adjusting the size of dropdown menus.

Perhaps I missed this in a features update. However, when I think of tooltips I don't immediately include the dropdown menus. If this is a new "feature" I really hope the functionality would be separated and could be turned off.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Look at any dropdown menu in the game
2. Adjust tooltip scale under TipTac options
3. Look again at a dropdown menu, the scale has now changed

Expected behavior

I would expect the addon has no effect on dropdown menus. I would expect an addon such as "DropdownMenusReborn" to adjust my dropdown menus.

Applying TipTac's style to the dropdown menus has been available a long time without applying the selected scale to them.

Now I finally added this "missing" feature with the latest few releases, because dropdown handling with a different scale has been tricky.

But I can see your point that it's good to add a checkbox like "enable scaling for dropdown menus" together with a separate slider for the scale. I will try to add this to the next release.

Adjusting dropdown styling isn't something I don't want. Like I mentioned initially, the feature isn't something I expect from a tooltip styling addon. If dropdown specific settings were put into their own section or addon I'm sure I would start tweaking them to make the in-game dropdowns more readable.
