Tetrisphere(U) - corrupted bg color? #195

If u watch cutscene, it shows the machine caged inside the tetrisphere.
The U version has a bright orange bg inside the sphere with some parts 
black(image1&3).
The E version has black bg inside the sphere(image2&4). Tested on trunk.

I tested U & E version on MyWIP and watch cutscene, both have black bg inside 
the sphere.  When u remove tiles from the sphere during gameplay, it is black 
inside the sphere.

The orange bg is from using default lod off.
with fast lod, the bg is white(image1a).
with precise lod, the bg is black(correct).

However, E version doesn't have this problem with all lod settings on trunk 
version.

The reason why MyWIP does not happen the color weirdness is because I remove 
the following game ini settings:
alt_tex_size = 1
use_sts1_only = 1

Anyway, both settings do not affect the game and it is better off without them.
It is your choice to keep but it works very well for me without them.
