What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put your mouse over a setting

Please provide any additional information below.

I think that the tool tips should be displayed longer. In order to read all of 
a tool-tip, I have to put my mouse over it many times.

It's known issue. I did not find how to increase tool-tips display time.
