Turning "Hotkeys" in .ini file to 0 doesn't disable hotkeys during gameplay #295

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With your emulator closed, in the .ini file, change "Hotkeys = 1" to
"Hotkeys = 0".
2. Open your emulator.
3. Hit hotkeys (backspace, for example) to test if hotkeys were disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to have the hotkeys disabled for the plugin so when I hit my
backspace key when typing it doesn't cycle through filtering modes. Instead,
the hotkeys aren't disabled and backspace still cycles through the filtering
modes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Glide64WIP_r254.rar on Windows 7 Professional 32-bit. Project 64 v1.6.

Please provide any additional information below.
Tried commenting out the "Hotkeys" line in the .ini file and that still didn't
solve the issue.

"hotkeys" option was removed long ago and this line left in the ini only for
compatibility with old versions.

Why do you need to disable hotkeys?

I stream myself playing N64 games on Project64 and I like to chat with my
viewers. Hitting the backspace key if I make a mistake typing cycles the
filtering modes. It's just annoying, really.

Well, I can put this setting back if you don't mind to edit the ini file
manually. I don't want to change the GUI layout for that.

I already have the .ini file edited from trying to disable them in the first
place. :D
