Hi - I see you are experimenting with 720x540. I added that resolution because it is 4x3, but then found that it is not well supported by TVs. Instead I used 720x576 instead, as that is a PAL size also used for DVDs which nearly all TVs can display. I should really have removed 720x540 from the repo.
