syntax error when activating the plugin #6

Hi there, just tried to install the plugin on a clean wp and got this error here:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ':' in /home/nwerd/public_html/mockup2/wp-content/plugins/wp2moodle--wordpress--master/wp2m.php on line 168

have no idea what´s the problem.

oh, and my wp-version is WordPress 3.9.2

m( .. just read this: Note, you must to rename the zip to be just 'wp2moodle.zip' before you upload the plugin to wordpress. If the zip extracts to a sub-folder, it won't work!

hmm... tried again, now i get the same:

sry, was really sleepy yesterday, got it to activation now... NO FOLDER as you wrote.. sry. close.
