Physics-based teleport and smooth locomotion options

Current missing features of locomotion:

[ ] Player should be shown an effect when their head is in a wall, instead of being pushed back
[x] Smooth and stepped rotation controls are missing
[ ] Teleporting is not implemented
[ ] Stepped locomotion is not implemented (only a nice to have)
