TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined #239

I converted a .dae with the converter tool --no-archive and --base-path. When 
using the helloworld.html to load it however, i get an error: "could not load 
..../scene.json TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined.

What is undefined is the uri "index-buffers.bin" in archiveInfo.files, causing 
o3d.Buffer.prototype.set() getting undefined values (called by var rawData = 
deserializer.archiveInfo.getFileByURI(uri); in 
o3djs.serialization.Deserializer().

I've been trying to debug, but I don't see any place where it would be added, 
since "index-buffers.bin" isn't in the scene.json nor is it somewhere hardcoded 
in the scripts.
