A local html help file will be available, unfortunately without images since they are not supported by the widget. Online documentation will provide full image functionality. Local help file to be produced from online help file, excluding images. This will be difficult to maintain. Better approach to forget about using the QgsMessageOutput widget and render the local html help file in a browser window. To be fixed in 1.2.1
