README: Explain the fiber loss value when the "Include entry/exit points" configuration option is active #4

When the "Include entry/exit points" configuration option is not active, the fiber loss value on the panel presents only the path loss, not including connectors and cable length at entry/exit. To update README.

Added extra note and hyperlink to the fiber loss measurement section. Fixed in 1.2.1
