PoC: plugin for NVIDIA driver #69

Coinboot should not only support AMD GPUs but as well NVIDIA GPUs.

So we have to come up with a plugin providing the proprietary NVIDIA GPU driver.
Reference GPU for this PoC is a NVIDIA P106-100.
