Add ability to have flex teammates that are just elements #1242

Would be nice for some kind of config sharing, and allowing people to quickly create teams with proper resonance buffs/Gilded Dreams buffs without having to add all the characters when someone's shared multi opt already has all the teambuffs considered. image

This feature is made obsolete by team loadout feature. Adding a "random character of element" by the user is a lot faster than us coding in a placeholder in this system.
