Go to Neuvi -> Artifact Upgrader -> Crash

Getting an invalid build constraint can be caused by choosing a team buff as a build constraint Doing so in the Optimize tab then opening Artifact Upgrader causes the crash, or just doing so in the Artifact Upgrader tab directly.
