Changes NumberInputLazy fields to automatically select the whole text when focused, for ease of user experience.

Closes Update NumberInputLazy to select the text automatically

Testing/validation

Tested locally, made sure that NumberInputLazy fields would automatically select the whole text. Difficult to screenshot this process.
