schema refactor + initial team/loadout schema

Describe your changes

Update schema:

• a separate substats table instead of using an bjson array in artifacts
• artifacts and weapons reference characters directly, instead of using location(removed)
• teams, loadouts, team_loadouts for one to many relationship of team and loadouts (no RLS yet for ease of dev)
• Update Artifact page to account for substats table, but more needs to be done
• Add a Teams page, to add a team, but no loadout interacts yet.
