Why is step 2 needed? Why can't we just proceed with the 6.0 directly?

@jeffsaremi It's an optional step, but it does make the process easier on your end. If your initial Rails version is a bit older, there are some potential breaking changes in 5.2 which you should address first. Once these are fixed, you can upgrade to 6.0 without the worrying about anything v5 related.
