Create an fs-fact component that handles the display, update, and editing of a fact.

Requirements:

Display an existing fact
Edit an existing fact
Allow a fact to be added to a person or relationship
Support date (#12) and place (#13) standardization
Show the reason and allow it to be changed
Show the contributor (#14)
