Removed from main list Russia & India (Kovach) and renamed countries #8

Russia and India (Kovach app) are not available on Play$tore anymore. Since apk are just on local, send to the bottom of the list. Mexican state Jalisco gets its name, and Spain renamed. Also ~/issues/5 can be closed now.
