Effect documentation #77

Would be cool to somewhere document all the possible effects, since there are none given and you can't read them out in Home assistants develeopers tool. E.g. i can't know what to set for "disco" mode or for "candle" mode.

Effects are not implemented. Will close this issue for now but I open for pull requests
