Add integration version to API call headers #88

Op dit moment is het voor ons niet te zien welke versie van de plugin nu gebruikt wordt, zou mooi zijn als deze toegevoegd kunnen worden aan de headers @fsaris

Voor nu niet direct, maar het versie nummer is zeker intressant. Als je dit online hebt, dan gaan wij eens kijken of we dit in onze stats kunnen mee nemen.
