PR for currently working script #57

As title suggest, this again, is my PR for fixing math-with-slack.

As the last PR #54 have not been merged for a few months, and Slack have rolled many versions out since then, I 'm submitting this as the currently working version of math-with-slack to the master branch, as the old bash script doesn't work anymore anyways.

Also, I'm managing this extension regularly right now, so if you so like, I'm also willing take more control of this project (totally ok if not).

Hi @thisiscam

Thank you for all your work on this. I unfortunately don't have time to actively work on this anymore, so it might be a good idea for you to take over the responsibility for maintaining the code, as you suggest.

How do you prefer we do this? I could link from this repo to your repo thisiscam/math-with-slack, saying that fsavje/math-with-slack is currently inactive. Or I can transfer the repo to you.

@fsavje A link will do -- so that instead of making people to look into #51, we have a clearer redirection! Thanks!
