radiation additions/corrections #5

Corrections for brems and continuum calculations, including brems in SXR range using ADAS pbs files. No analytical formulae for brems are used anymore -- all data comes from ADAS files. This results in greater accuracy and some degree of simplification.

Units in the brems calculations have been re-checked, but I would like one further review -- @odstrcilt , could you please let me know what you think before I merge to the master branch?

@odstrcilt I'm going to push a bigger update to generalize the radiation calculations. Coming soon.
