The TOC Menu blinks when it opens #19

I think this is because I am clearfixing the parent element, which I am also opening and closing. The overflow hidden property is not working at all as intended.

Maybe I turn this from an css transition, to a css keyframe animation. That way I can control the timing of the content visibility timing.

That did not work. In fact it created more problems because of the nature of the content inside that menu. Sigh. Going back to transitions, and going to see if I can scope the opacity using the ID names.

Contemplating writing the TOC when the button is pressed. Not tonight though. Tomorrow morning.

Tabling this issue until redesign occurs. More thought needs to be put into these functions as a team. Which we did this morning. Closing this with the intention of returning later.
